Martin Fröst is one of the most critically acclaimed instrumentalists of today. He is in demand all over the globe as a soloist with the world’s leading orchestras, as well as a chamber musician and recitalist.
Fröst has toured Europe performing as a soloist with the Australian Chamber Orchestra and the Amsterdam Sinfonietta. He has also performed with the Wiener Symphoniker, Los Angeles Philharmonic, Minnesota Orchestra, City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, Die Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen, Royal Stockholm Philharmonic and Oslo Philharmonic. He is currently Artist-in-Residence with the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra, where he has worked with conductor Gustavo Dudamel, at Amsterdam’s Concertgebouw and at London’s Wigmore Hall. As a conductor, he has worked with the Oslo Philharmonic, the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic and Norrkoping Symphony Orchestra, Swedish Chamber Orchestra and the Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra.
